What's your favorite thing about UNT?
Favorite place to eat in Denton:
Rusty Taco without a doubt. That queso?! Amazing.
Favorite place to study:
Second floor of Willis Library
Favorite place to shop in Denton:
My friend's closets... just kidding. I actually love Goodwill and other thrift shops.. so I guess strangers' closets?
Favorite late night hangout:
The Denton Square. There's always something to do there, whether its a burger from LSA, ice cream, hearing live music, or exploring the candy store.
Favorite UNT tradition:
Singing our fight song at the football games. This is a time where all of the student body at the games really come together and just have a lot of fun with our school spirit.
Favorite class you have taken so far:
Law and Social Problems with Professor DeBoer. He has absolutely been my favorite professor in college.
What one thing did you HAVE to bring with you to college:
Books, Books and more books! I have a whole library in my apartment.
What has surprised you the most about yourself since your arrival at UNT:
I would have to say how independent I am. Being away from family and being responsible for yourself and your success is a huge transition, but you learn to be independent really quickly.
What made you choose UNT:
They have an AMAZING Criminal Justice program. Plus I felt at home as soon as I stepped foot on campus. Also, Bruce's mac 'n cheese.
