What's your favorite thing about UNT?:
My favorite thing about UNT how the campus welcomes and promotes creativity. Creativity thrives here - everyone is engaged in creativity it no matter what their major is. It has been so neat meeting all different kinds of students with different majors and discovering how they're creative.
Favorite place to eat in Denton: Loco Cafe, Rusty Taco
Favorite place to study: Sycamore Hall (Eagle Commons)
Favorite place to shop in Denton: Thrift Giant
Favorite late night hangout: Downtown Denton Square
Favorite UNT tradition: the Bonfire - you get some pretty nifty pictures
Favorite class you have taken so far: Fiction Writing! I learned so much about myself and stretched my creative capabilities.
What one thing did you HAVE to bring with you to college: An umbrella!
What has surprised you the most about yourself since your arrival at UNT: I've learned how much I like change when it comes to settings, routines, and jobs. Also, that I'm both creative and technical, which really helps in projects and business settings.
Where else did you apply for college: UNT was the only school I applied for!
What made you choose UNT over the others: I applied to UNT because I wanted to be a music major and I knew this school was famous for its music culture and programs.
